Kangol Hat

I’ve been wearing flat caps for more than 20 years now.  They became popular for kids to wear in the early 90’s.  Of course you had to wear it backwards.  My first flat cap was a Canadian brand called Roots.  It had a dark navy blue color made out of corduroy, and had roots stitched on the back.  I loved it and wore it everywhere because it was resistant and strong against wear.  Unfortunately I also received a lot of hostility towards it because people didn’t like the way it looked; often referring to me as the paper boy.  I didn’t care because I still found it stylish.
Over the years I did move on to other brands, and eventually settled on Kangol to be my most favorite brand.  In fact I often refer to flat caps as Kangol hats instead.  My most recent Kangol hat is the 507 wool hat.  Besides it being grey in colour with a white Kangol logo on the back, and made out of wool, there’s really nothing more I can say; and that’s what I like about it, it’s clean and simple.
