I grew up watching Saturday morning cartoons,
and besides the cartoons what I liked the most was the commercials. At the time late 80’s early 90’s, we (in
Canada) got to see a lot of American commercials and I was introduced to all
the latest toys and snack foods. One of
the best snack foods that I wanted was Combos.
Unfortunately they weren’t that common to find in Toronto, so it wasn’t
until years later that I finally tried them in a store that had some. What are Combos? Well they’re pretzel tubes filled with
various flavours such as nacho cheese, pizza, seven layer dip and many
more. These snacks are perfect for gaming
or watching TV. Sidenote: a character on
the TV series, Breaking Bad was also named Combo after the snacks.
