Jordan Chicago Bulls and North Carolina Jerseys
Here are two great
examples of high quality jerseys with affordable prices (at least when they
originally released). I say this because
jerseys today are overpriced and the quality isn’t as good as it used to be. It also makes me long for the days when Nike
still had the NBA license and could produce these amazing basketball jerseys.
The first jersey is a
Michael Jordan Chicago Bulls jersey made by Nike. It is a retro jersey from Jordan’s 1984 rookie
year with the Bulls. This jersey was
actually the second retro rookie jersey Nike had made of Jordan. The first one was true to the original
because it had heat pressed printed numbers and names, while my jersey has the
numbers and names stitched on. I
actually prefer my jersey because I love the high grade quality of double
stitching. Other great features about
this jersey is the bright red mesh that is strong and durable. My only complaint about this jersey is how
long it is, with an extra inch added to the back.
The second jersey is
a Michael Jordan North Carolina jersey made by Jordan brand. What makes this jersey interesting is that it
was made by Jordan brand. I didn’t even
know they made jersey’s like this until I saw this one in a store. Of course I bought it because the quality was
top notch with its heavy polyester material and intricate stitching. So far this has been my go to jersey when I’m
doing heavy labour (yard work), and yet it still looks fairy clean. This is one jersey I hope Jordan Brand will
not only reproduce but will be inspired to continue to make other jerseys
Jordan played in.

Blue Jays 2014 Bobblehead Wish List
With the announcement
earlier this week of R.A. Dickey and Jose Reyes becoming 2014 Blue Jays bobbleheads,
I decide to make a list of the 3rd and possible last bobblehead that
could be chosen. This list is in no
particular order, but just a few guys I would love to collect as bobbleheads.
1.
Joe Carter
For many Joe Carter was the World Series hero of
the 1993 World Series with his game winning home run, which is why I think he deserves
that moment to be immortalized as a bobblehead.
2.
Buck Martinez and Pat Tabler
For me, these guys are like family. I mean I get to hear them during the game,
talking about their glory days (most of which are exaggerated or made up), or just
interview old players. What I like about
them is that they’re always positive and never put down a player when their
having a slow period, unlike some other announcer jerks.
3.
George Bell
As far as I can remember he was my first Blue
Jays hero. The man could hit, and catch
in outfield. I know that the Jays did
release his bobblehead a few years ago, but it was very limited and released
during Spring training, so we’re due for a general release version.
4.
Rance Mulliniks
I’ve always thought of Rance as being odd
looking in a good way. With his skinny
frame and huge glasses this man is a real-life bobblehead.
5.
Roy Halladay
One of my favorite Blue Jays of all time is Doc
Halladay. He was just such an inspiring
player to look up to. He was an amazing pitcher,
and extremely altruistic off the field with his children’s charities.

WWE TLC 2013
Congratulations
Randy Orton on winning the unified championship (dumb name), and beating Cena at TLC 2013.
Wow,
what a PPV! It probably was one of the best in a long time, mostly because all
my favorite wrestlers won.
1.
CM Punk vs. The Shield. I loved that
they started this match right off the bat.
Everyone sold it properly, with none of that superhuman strength that
Cena always does. And the finish was
awesome with Roman Reigns spearing Ambrose.
Quality match!
2.
Fatal 4-Way Elimination Match. I’m glad
that the heels were eliminated first, and that Goldust got to keep his tag team
belt with his brother. The match was exciting and Big Show looked better than he
did in a long time for me.
3.
The Wyatt Family vs Daniel Bryan. I’m
not a fan of Bryan, so I’m glad he lost.
He’s a good wrestler and all, but all his silly antics make me not take
him serious. From the match I loved how
creepy and odd Bray Wyatt wrestled. I hope Bryan will now join the Family.
4. TLC Unified Champion match. Okay I never expected Cena to lose clean
(despite it being a TLC match) like he did tonight. I just assumed Cena would be greedy and make
Randy lose. But I am so happy that Orton
won, and Cena was left sad.
