Here is my Lego
minifigure of Emmet from the Lego Movie.
I’m pretty bad at buying collectables as soon as they release, so I
waited way too long to buy this minifigure.
I just assumed that these figures would be around a while, so I took my
time in getting him. Unfortunately by
the time I intended to buy him, the Lego Movie blind bag series had sold out
(only one run was made). That forced me
to bite the bullet and buy Emmet from Ebay.
Although I did pay a little extra for him, I’m glad I did it because
he’s a wonderful figure.
Lego released various
variants of Emmet, and this blind bag version has his hard hat attached to his
hair. He comes in an orange jumpsuit
with silver highlights and a blue long sleeve shirt. The only accessory included is an Octan instruction
manual that reads, “How to: Fit in! Have
everyone like you! And always be happy!” The only negative thing I have to say about
this minifigure is that more accessories should have been included from the
movie. Nonetheless this is still a great
figure that I’m happy to own and yell out everything is awesome.
